RETURN & EXCHANGE

Processing Guidelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday at 9:00 am PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 General Return Policy

  • All sales are final on our merchandise. No refunds or returns are accepted.
  • Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and they are not returnable. No exception.

 Sale Products | Custom Order Dresses

We do not accept Sale, Discount, or Mark Down product returns. All products sold with a discount are Final Sale and non-returnable. Custom order, Bridal Gowns, Quinceanera Dresses, Sweet sixteen Dresses and accessories are Final Sale and non-returnable.

 Exchanges

If you want to exchange your dress for another size just email info@avantacollection.com One of our staff will be happy to place a new order for you and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your previous purchase following our standard return policy.  Once you receive your RMA number send your return items back for return using insured UPS or FedX for safe receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 Return dress must be in excellent, unworn condition, unaltered, packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging, and all original tags must be attached. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damage, soiled, torn, laundered, and be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke, perfumes, deodorant, etc), used and worn items will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from info@avantacollection.com

  • Any returns which are received after 5 days of receiving your RMA will be accessed a 20% late fee.
  • Any returns without an RMA are subject to a penalty of 50% percent of the purchase amount.
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days.

 Sizing Recommendations

Each designer tends to have a specific size guide, and not all designers follow size guides you normally refer to for sizing.  We highly recommend reviewing the size guide listed on the specific designer dress brand of choice before making your special occasion dress purchase.  As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always chose the larger size. It's easy to take a dress in, but nearly impossible to add width.

Order Cancellation, Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages

If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund. If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.

 Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if and products they received are damaged or has a defect. We do not accept returns and exchange unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e. incorrect item is delivered, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.), they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If the dress you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will accept a return for re-inspection in order to assess the problem and determine the best way to correct it. To return an item(s) please email: info@avantacollection.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which our support team will provide for all authorized returns. 

You wish to return for re-inspection must be shipped back to our store and received within 5 business days from time the package was delivered. Refunds will not be credited or replacements/ repairs will not be made if we do not receive your return within 5 business days from the day the package was delivered to you, no exceptions.

Pre-Shipping Inspection

We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double check the color, size and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.
